Francesca DID NOT have the Court Ordered muzzle on Brindi. Brindi jumped out of the car window & attacked a leashed dog with his owners walking him down a public road. Francesca does not seems capable of handling this dog. Although this dog has never bit a human, a dog should not be allowed to attack other animals. Other people love their pets too, do they not count? The case goes to Court in Nov. 2011 and there is evidence on bombshell tapes as to what did & did not happened. You may be very surprised. I hope the Judge doesn't Order Brindi to be put down, but I also hope Fran doesn't get yet another chance at negligence. At the time Brindi was seized, there were no options for a pet owner to challenge such a seizure which gives the city the full power to seize and destroy its citizens' "property" -- as animals are still classified. That this woman couldn't be bothered to muzzel or leash her dog when she was under order? Since her dog had ATTACKED other dogs? She is irresponsible. And if her dog is saved it should NOT go to her.
