we adopted shea, a cross pittbull, terrier in march of this year from SCARS resuce in Alberta. She is a companion to my aging an ill old Shepard and has become my little daughters play mate. I love her very much and am glad we recued her and made her part of our family!

I bet Shea is really happy you rescued her, too! Here's hoping your Shepherd finds a fountain of youth!

Bless you for your generous heart. You have saved some lives for sure! I have two FeLK+ cats; they were left behind when their family moved due to foreclosure a couple years ago. Knock on wood, they look good and feel good... and like you, I am happy for each day with them.

I now have 6 rescue cats. Due to the health issues of the last 3 adopted, my finances are maxed out. I took them knowing they were sick and that no one else would want them. Two of them are FIV and one has ringworm and needs a hernia operation. They truly are a joy and I am thankful for each day that we share.
