They are in a great foster home so no hurry.
The house sounds wonderful though (as long as they are allowed inside the home as well)... Please allow me to speak to that nice gentleman, if he wishes to open his home to Buster and Patches as well as improving the living conditions of his existing dogs I'm sure he will be delighted to hear why we request our adoptants to feed raw.
We had this situations in the past and people did not hesitate to switch.
Please if you are interested in helping put him in touch with me, I promise you I will be very nice.. :-)

Sorry you still don't have a Home for them. It breaks my heart that I know the perferct home for them on a Farm with lots of room to run, two great dogs to pal with, a nice warm house to share with a warm loving bachelor, but he won't feed raw.

To add my $0.02 about raw diet... my dogs compete in herding (sheep, cattle and ducks). My last dog was #1 in MO and AR for combined sheep/cattle, and has beaten former national champions. Eating raw did not cause him to kill anything. On the contrary, he was in that 0.1% of working Border Collies that could be left unsupervised with livestock, even baby ducklings and lambs, and totally leave them alone. He would only herd them when the owner gave the command. He and my other BC were also therapy dogs who visited nursing homes and children's hospitals. I eat meat now too (after 19 years as a veggie), but it doesn't make me go out wring the necks of farm anmals with my bare hands...
